ABOUT MORNE BARNARD

I graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2005 where I studied HONS DEGREE IN BIOKINETICS and completed my internship at DBC back and neck clinic in 2006. I’ve been in practice for 8 years and we recently opened a fully equipped exercise and rehabilitation facility within the Manor Medical Centre in Gallo Manor, Sandton.

We prescribe safe and individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes for conditions such as: Diabetes, hypertension, cardiac rehab, coronary diseases, cholesterol, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, back and neck pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and metabolic conditions incl. Obesity, diabetes and metabolic X syndrome. We also cater for young children with low muscle tone and poor postural control. We also do consulting work for attorneys and perform medico legal assessments for third party RAF claims. I was an avid sportsman myself and played provincial rugby and received provincial colours for athletics all at senior level.
